  1. Scan QR code and download Skymee App.
  2. Load 3 D batteries at the bottom and turn on the switch. (optional)
  3. Power on the device using the USB cable.

WIFI connection:

  1. Open the Skymee app and register your app account via email or mobile number.
  2. Click Add a device in the top right corner, and click Add automatic feeder.
  3. Enter the correct 2.4GWIFI password, and the APP QR code is facing the device camera.

Set up feeding plan after successful connection:

When you hear the the ring “beep”, click Next and wait for the connection to succeed.

  • Then you can set up the feeding plan(1~8), feeding time(0:00~24:00), portions(1~30), and date(Sat.~Sun.) etc..
  • You can share your account with your family’s mobile phone and watch live video together.
  • You can chat and interact with your pet anywhere.

Some advice if the WIFI connection fails:

  1. If the WIFI connection fails before reaching 100%, please check if the 2.4G WIFI password is correct.
  2. After confirming the correct password,please use the thimble to insert the device reset hole for 5 seconds, reset the device. And repeat the above WIFI connection process.
  3. You can use your family’s mobile phone, log in to your account, and do the WIFI connection step after resetting the smart feeder. Then you can use the device on your phone with the multi-user shared account feature.
  4. Please use the APP to contact online support.

Skymee pet feeder can automatically switch to battery power when the power is interrupted at home, so that the feeding plan will proceed as usual. (Single battery * 3 is not incluaded)

Kindly notes:

  • It is recommended to load the battery with the USB cable energized to ensure that the power can be switched smoothly.
  • After loading the battery (D cell), please turn on the battery switch on the bottom of the feeder.
  • It is recommended to set up a feeding plan after three minutes and unplug the power to check if the feeding plan is working properly.
  • Under battery power, the app cannot operate and view the video

The design of the food bowl is perfectly matched with the retractable door.

  • The retractable door can effectively prevent the entry of air and insects, and keep food fresh.
  • When the retractable door is retracted, if it encounters a object, it will automatically open to prevent the pet’s paw from being caught.
  • If there is too much food when feeding, the telescopic door will block the food outlet to prevent food from spilling out of the food bowl.
  • When the pet finishes eating the food in front, the remaining food will automatically fall, and the door will automatically close.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
